Ron Stanfa Joins Quentin Brown Law as Mediation Practice Grows
Retired Judge Quentin Brown and Brown Mediations are proud to announce the association of Ron Stanfa . Mr. Stanfa began his career in 1975 in Birmingham, Alabama, as an owner of a small privately-held Environmental Services business. Mr. Stanfa and his partners expanded the business, and in 1986 took the company public where Mr. Stanfa became a Founder, Director, and Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Stanfa's main duties with the company were in the area of Mergers and Acquisitions which in turn fueled the growth of the company. Mr. Stanfa left the company in 1994 to become a Managing Director of Notre Capital Ventures. From 1994 to 1998 Mr. Stanfa participated in the founding and public listing of eight New York Stock Exchange companies. Mr. Stanfa has sat on the Board of Directors of four publicly held companies being traded on the New York Stock Exchange, and has served on many different committees of those Boards. Mr. Stanfa left Notre Capital Ventures in 1998 to leverage his business experience as an independent Business Consultant to assist both private and public companies in setting and meeting their business goals. Ron is known across a number of industries for his negotiation skills and his ability to craft win-win solutions in complex business disputes. He will be a tremendous asset to Brown Mediations. |
